As one of the ASEAN Foundation’s flagship programmes, the ASEAN Foundation Model ASEAN Meeting or AFMAM has continued with its presence and now entered into its fourth year of implementation. The previous three AFMAMs in 2015, 2016, and 2017 have had good turnout and positive feedback from the participants as an initiative targeted the youth to raise the ASEAN awareness.

LSPR National Youth Championship 2.0 is finally back to present a national-level english competition for high school and varsity students all over Indonesia to challenge and sharpen their english skills with the theme of “Equality and Freedom – Empower the society, develop the dignity”.
 

The ASEAN S&T Fellowship offers unique and exciting career opportunities. Modeled after the successful AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) Science and Technology Policy Fellowship® Program, it enables early and mid-career scientists who are citizens and residents of ASEAN Member States (AMS) to contribute their knowledge and analytical skills to their national governments. Fellows will be embedded within national-level ministries in to encourage policy makers to use more science-based approaches in their policy- and decision-making.
With the support of ASEAN, USAID and the U.S. Government, up to 16 Fellows will be chosen from across the region to be hosted by a government ministry in their home country to advance science-based decision-making in one of three priority areas:

Call For Participants!

Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada akan menyelenggarakan “The 8th International Graduate Students and Scholars Conference in Indonesia” (IGSSCI) sebagai kelanjutan dari The 7th IGSSCI. Acara tersebut akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26-27 Oktober 2016 dengan tema: “Knowledge, Art, and Change in Response to Human Crisis.”

Pursuant to the 1^st ASEAN Student Affairs Meeting at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand  on 29-31 October 2015, the Meeting agreed that the 16^th AUN and 5^th ASEAN+3 Educational Forum and Young Speakers’ Contest will be hosted by Mahidol University. The Forum will be convened at Mahidol University on 7-10 November 2016 under the theme “Sustainable Development through Community Engagement”.
