IMT Nord Europe is a French Graduate School of Engineering affiliated with the Institut Mines-Télécom and a University of Lille partner. IMT Nord Europe, located at Europe’s crossroads between Paris, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam, is a major education player in today’s energy, ecological, digital, and industrial transitions. The diversity of expertise and complementarity of the Institut Mines-Télécom schools ensure that IMT Nord Europe plays a role in a group strategy to respond systemically to the challenges of the 21st century’s major transformations: digital, industrial, energy, and educational.

Waseda University Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies International Relations Program was selected for the International Priority Graduate Program (PGP) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT). The PGP program, which was created by MEXT to support programs that have international appeal to foreign students, provides priority allocation for government-financed foreign students. This program awards a full scholarship including a round trip air fee, tuition, entrance fee, and monthly stipend for 2 years of MA program and 3 years for Ph.D. program in Japan. The application period for September 2023 Entry is January 16 – January 25, 2023 (JST). A detailed outline of the selected program and the application procedure are as follows.
