The University of Freiburg (colloquially German: Uni Freiburg), officially the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg (German: Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg), is a public research university located in Freiburg im Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The university was founded in 1457 by the Habsburg dynasty as the second university in Austrian-Habsburg territory after the University of Vienna. Today, Freiburg is the fifth-oldest university in Germany, with a long tradition of teaching the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences and technology and enjoys a high academic reputation both nationally and internationally. The university is made up of 11 faculties and attracts students from across Germany as well as from over 120 other countries. Foreign students constitute about 18.2% of total student numbers.

UCD originates in a body founded in 1854, which opened as the Catholic university of Ireland on the Feast of Saint Malachy and with John Henry Newman as its first rector; it re-formed in 1880 and chartered in its own right in 1908. Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM; English: Tun Hussein Onn University of Malaysia) is a public university in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. It was formerly known as Institut Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn (ITTHO) and Kolej Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn (KUiTTHO). Along with other public university colleges, KUiTTHO was promoted to full university status since year 2007. The name UTHM was officially launched by the then education minister, Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Bin Tun Hussein.

Kyushu University (九州大学, Kyūshū Daigaku), abbreviated to Kyudai (九大, Kyūdai), is a Japanese national university located in Fukuoka, in the island of Kyushu. It was the 4th Imperial Universities in Japan, ranked as 4th in 2020 Times Higher Education Japan University Rankings,[1] and selected as a Top Type university of Top Global University Project by the Japanese government. Kyudai is considered as one of the most prestigious research-oriented universities in Japan and is a member of the Alliance of Asian Liberal Arts Universities along with the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, Peking University and others.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Direktorat Kemitraan, Alumni dan Urusan Internasional, Subdit Urusan Internasional membuka penawaran pengajuan proposal dari fakultas untuk disampaikan kepada Ditjen Belmawa. Kami mohon bantuan Bapak/Ibu untuk menginformasikan program beasiswa tersebut kepada mahasiswa yang akan melakukan exchange program semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022. Diharapkan mahasiswa yang diajukan sudah melalui proses seleksi di Fakultas/Unit terkait, sehingga program transfer kredit/credit recognition sebagai luaran program hibah yang diharapkan oleh Ditjen Belmawa Kemristekdikti dapat berjalan lancar.

AUN-Disability and Public Policy (AUN-DPPnet) is the 12th thematic of ASEAN University Network (AUN) based in the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. AUN-DPPnet aspires to support postgraduate education for the disabled people across ASEAN to advocate disability policies in their own country. The University of Malaya AUN-DPPnet is supported financially by the Nippon Foundation of Japan.

Eligibility
Disabled applicants with outstanding academic accomplishment from ASEAN countries are invited to apply this scholarship to further their postgraduate studies in any field at selected institutions within the ASEAN University Network.
- ASEAN Nationals i.e. Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore and Myanmar
- Applicants must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree with good academic standing
- Applicant must be certified medically by a Professional Medical Practitioner, to have some categories of disability but of excellent heath condition to be eligible for this scholarship. The cost of medical examination to be borne by applicants.
- Applicant must have secured admission to selected member institution of AUN. However, those who have made applications for postgraduate studies, but have not yet received an offer letter are encouraged to apply.

- Attested copies of all transcript & testimonials (Official Transcripts & Graduate Certificates)
- Curriculum Vitae
- 600 word essay describing work experience
- Letter of Recommendation from Faculty/Academic Supervisor
- Letter of Recommendation from Employer or Institution to be addressed directly to AUN-DPPnet. (This will be issued by OIA upon submission of the above-mentioned documents for UGM Alumni/Students/Staffs)
