We are pleased to announce the call for the application of the China-AUN Scholarship (Chinese Government Scholarship – AUN Program) 2023/2024.

The China-AUN Scholarship is a full scholarship established by the Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China, to sponsor students, teachers, and scholars from ASEAN nations to study in China and to enhance the academic exchange and mutual understanding between China and ASEAN members.  

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be a citizen of an ASEAN member country (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam), and be in good health
  • This program are open for students/staff/alumni of Universitas Gadjah Mada

Greetings from AUN-DPPnet!

AUN-Disability and Public Policy (AUN-DPPnet) is a thematic of the ASEAN University Network (AUN) based in the Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.  AUN-DPPnet aims to build a cadre of disability experts and leaders who will contribute to the vision of an ASEAN region that is inclusive, barrier-free, and rights-based; and who will give impact to the policies that directly make a mark on persons with disabilities throughout ASEAN and around the world.

Several programs and activities centered around capacity building and public policy learning have been set up by AUN-DPPnet to bolster its mission. With financial support from The Nippon Foundation of Japan, AUN-DPPnet provides Postgraduate Scholarships to Students with Disabilities to pursue their Master’s degrees in a wide range of programs in ASEAN’s universities.

Disabled applicants with outstanding academic accomplishments from ASEAN countries are invited to apply for this scholarship to further their postgraduate studies (BY COURSEWORK) in any field at 30 selected institutions within the ASEAN University Network.

Doshisha University was established in 1875 by Joseph Hardy Neesima. From the founder himself, the purpose of founding Doshisha Academy was not only to equip students with a general knowledge of the English language but also to produce individuals who are able to put their conscience into practice. Currently, Doshisha University has two main campuses. One is the Imadegawa Campus located in the heart of Kyoto City, north of Kyoto Imperial Palace and adjacent to a noted Buddhist temple, Shokokuji.

Exchange students from foreign partner institutions of Doshisha University are enrolled at Doshisha as students of either “the Center for Global Education (commonly referred to as CGE-sei)” or “the Center for Japanese Language and Culture (commonly referred to as Nichibun-sei)”. Graduate Scholarships:

Two types of assistantships are offered to enroll Master students:

  1. Graduate Assistantship: Open to exceptional Saudi Graduate Assistants continuing MS degrees at KFUPM, who display outstanding performance in their
    Bachelor education.
  2. Research Assistantship: Open to national and international Master students, whose performance is exceptional in their Bachelor education.
