Kagawa University is a national university situated in Takamatsu, Kagawa, Japan. It was founded in 1949 after some consolidations and mergers with Kagawa Normal School，Kagawa Normal School for Youth and Takamatsu College of Economics. Kagawa prefecture itself is full of natural and man-made beauty, surrounded by mountains on one side and Japan’s inland sea on the other. 

Kagawa University has 6 faculties in the undergraduate program – Education, Law, Economics, Medicine, Engineering and Design, and Agriculture-, also offers opportunities for further study at its graduate program. Since all matters related to the undergraduate program are conducted in Japanese, international undergraduate students need an advanced level of Japanese language skill. Saitama University is a higher education institution based in Saitama, Japan. It was founded in 1949 as the only one national university established in Saitama Prefecture.  Saitama is just north of Tokyo, known for its well-developed industries and cultures.

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan)

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, also known as Taiwan Tech, is a technological university situated in Taipei, Taiwan. It was established on August 1, 1974 as the first higher education institution of its kind within Taiwan’s technical and vocational education system.

Currently, Taiwan Tech has 14 departments and 9 graduate schools organized into six colleges, including College of Engineering, College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, School of Management, College of Design, College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and College of Applied Sciences. Taiwan Tech has five campuses: the main Taipei campus and branch campuses at Tu-Cheng, Keelung, Gong-Guan, and Chupei, with a combined total area of 29.44 hectares. The main campus situated in a district with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings, covers an area of about 10 hectares.

Osaka Perfecture University (Japan)

Osaka Prefecture University (OPU) is one of Japan’s largest public universities. The main campus is located in Sakai, Osaka, near large Kofun tombs. Founded in 1883 and reformed in 2005 by combining three prefectural universities: the University of Osaka Prefecture, the Osaka Women’s University, and the Osaka Prefecture College of Nursing.

Osaka Prefecture University now has eight undergraduate and six graduate schools spread among four colleges: the College of Sustainable System Sciences, the College of Engineering, the College of Life, Environment, and Advanced Sciences, and the College of Health and Human Sciences. OPU features facilities such as a library, a U Function hall, and grassy spaces where people can picnic, as well as four cafeterias that are popular with students and professors.
