Program ini menawarkan beasiswa penuh bagi mahasiswa untuk jenjang S1 dan S2 yang akan melaksanakan program pertukaran (exchange program) ke mitra luar negeri Universitas asal.

The collaboration between the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kementerian Hukum dan HAM) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has succeeded in building an Immigration Office Unit located at UGM (Immigration Office Chapter UGM). The presence of this office is to improve immigration services to the community, especially for foreign students, lecturers, and researchers in Universitas Gadjah Mada. Furthermore, hopefully, Immigration Office Chapter (UKK Imigrasi) UGM will provide facilities for foreigners who stay in Yogyakarta to extend or obtain their stay permit easier.

Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) is a Government of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students on mobility programs to overseas universities. IISMA is designed to accommodate undergraduate students to spend one semester (approximately 16 weeks) at university to study, experience host country culture, and do practical assignments to hone their skills. This program is centrally managed by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Kemdikbudristek (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology or MoECRT) funded by the Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan/Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). Application of participation is open for undergraduate students from all Indonesian higher education institutions.
