Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) had the honour of hosting H.E. Dr. Zubair S.M. Al-Shun, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Indonesia, along with distinguished delegates from An-Najah National University, Palestine on 15 January 2025. The visit aimed to explore potential collaboration opportunities between the two institutions, particularly in the areas of education and research.

Quad Fellowship is a first-of-its-kind scholarship program designed to build ties among the next generation of scientists and technologists. The Quad Fellowship, initiated by the Quad countries of Australia, India, Japan, and the US, sponsors exceptional STEM master’s and doctoral students to study in the US from the four Quad countries and the 10 Southeast Asian countries of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
