Greetings from Spain!

The TransFrontEU Mobility Consortium has officially opened its latest mobility call for incoming staff (training and teaching) under the Erasmus+ KA171 framework (Project 2023-1-ES01-KA171-HED-000123600) for the 2025–2026 academic year. This fully funded opportunity allows UGM visiting staff and professors to engage with partner universities in Spain to foster international cooperation, exchange expertise, and develop new pedagogical or administrative skills.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Erasmus+ TransFrontEU Staff Mobility Program is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada staff and faculty members.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Active UGM Staff or Professors (Academic or Administrative).
  • Meet the specific English or Spanish language proficiency requirements set by the respective host university.
  • Must secure an agreed Mobility Agreement (for Teaching or Training) signed by the relevant home and host departments.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Motivation Letter
  • Color copy of Passport
  • Official proof of English/Spanish proficiency
  • Draft of the Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement (Teaching/Training)
  • Recommendation/Nomination letter from the Dean or Head of Department

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 10 March 2026 for internal review. OIA UGM will exclusively process the nominations. The final selection and decision remain the absolute policy of the host universities and the Erasmus+ program as the scholarship provider.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
