Greetings from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland!

The University of St.Gallen (HSG) was founded as a business academy in 1898 – in the heyday of the St.Gallen embroidery industry and is nowadays a School of Management, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, and International Affairs. The University of St.Gallen focuses on high-class teaching, international research and regional roots. In this way, it is well equipped for the competition for the best heads.

Nowadays, the University becomes one of Europe’s leading business universities. 8,337 students, thousands of participants in its executive education programmes, more than 90 professors and just under 500 lecturers and researchers, all in all, a staff of 2,900, create a centre for thinking, research and teaching in St.Gallen which also intends to keep abreast of the increasingly fierce international competition among universities.

Radboud University Nijmegen was established on 17 October 1923 under the name Catholic University Nijmegen. With their own university, Dutch Catholics sought to promote the emancipation of Roman Catholics in the Netherlands, who at that time were strongly underrepresented in public administration, the legal profession, medicine and other sectors. Today, Radboud University continues its commitment to the emancipation of certain groups. The Unversity is the best traditional, general university in the Netherlands. Two programmes have received a Top Programme designation, nine programmes are deemed the best in their field by the Keuzegids.

Kansai University was founded as Kansai Law School in November 1886, in the large commercial city of Osaka. Its founders consisted of a dozen people who were judicial officers and businesspersons. Kansai University has seen remarkable development over its many years. The University celebrated its 133rd anniversary in 2019. Kansai University has 13 faculties, 13 graduate schools, three professional graduate schools, as well as a preparatory course for international students. Over its long history, all those involved in building its institution have had to overcome various hardships to achieve such prestigious standing.

Waseda University started life as Tokyo Senmon Gakko (Tokyo College) on October 21, 1882. In the early years, it was also commonly known as the Waseda Gakko (Waseda School) or Totsuka Gakko (Totsuka School), after the location of founder Shigenobu Okuma’s villa in the village of Waseda and the school’s location in Totsuka Village. Around 1892, the vernacular name Waseda Gakko became prevalent, and the institution was formally renamed Waseda Daigaku (Waseda University) upon acquiring university designation in 1902.
