Ibaraki University Ibaraki University (茨城大学, Ibaraki Daigaku), Japan, is a national university located in Ibaraki Prefecture, with campuses in the cities of Mito, Ami, and Hitachi.

 It was established on May 31, 1949, integrating these prewar institutions: Mito High School (Mito Kōtō-Gakkō), Ibaraki Normal School (Ibaraki Shihan-Gakkō), Ibaraki Juvenile Normal School (Ibaraki Seinen Shihan-Gakkō), and Taga Technical Specialists’ College (Taga Kōgyō Senmon-Gakkō). The initial colleges were the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Education, and the College of Engineering.

Berlin Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies Freie Universität Berlin was founded in 1948 by professors and students, in response to the persecution faced by students who took a critical eye of the system at Universität Unter den Linden, at that time located in the Soviet sector of the divided city. 

The idea of founding a free university found widespread support in the international community, including financial support. This outpouring of aid helped pave the way for Freie Universität to become a university with an outstanding international reputation. The principles of freedom and internationality have guided the university’s development ever since. Since the university’s founding, in December of 1948, the academic ethos of Freie Universität Berlin has always been defined by three values: truth, justice, and freedom.

Kansai University was founded as Kansai Law School in November 1886, in the large commercial city of Osaka. Its founders consisted of a dozen people who were judicial officers and businesspersons. Kansai University has seen remarkable development over its many years. Kansai University has 13 faculties, 13 graduate schools, three professional graduate schools, as well as a preparatory course for international students. Over its long history, all those involved in building its institution have had to overcome various hardships to achieve such prestigious standing.

Tokyo University of Foreign Studies is the oldest academic institution devoted to international studies in Japan. It began as the Institute for Research of Foreign Documents (蛮書調所, Bansho Shirabesho), a Tokugawa shogunate’s translation bureau set up in 1857.

It was subsequently established as an independent educational and research institution with the name Tokyo School of Foreign Languages (東京外国語学校, Tōkyō gaikokugo gakkō) in 1899.

Waseda University started life as Tokyo Senmon Gakko (Tokyo College) on October 21, 1882. In the early years, it was also commonly known as the Waseda Gakko (Waseda School) or Totsuka Gakko (Totsuka School), after the location of founder Shigenobu Okuma’s villa in the village of Waseda and the school’s location in Totsuka Village. Around 1892, the vernacular name Waseda Gakko became prevalent, and the institution was formally renamed Waseda Daigaku (Waseda University) upon acquiring university designation in 1902.

Warm greetings from National Cheng Kung University University, Taiwan!

National Cheng Kung University was initially known as Tainan Technical College under the Japanese colonial rule in January 1931. The school was renamed to Taiwan Provincial Tainan Junior Institute of Technology in mars 1946, following which it was relocated to Japan in October 1945, and later in October of the same year, to Taiwan Provincial College of Engineering.

As the Chinese Government came to Taiwan in 1949, it was one of three colleges in Taiwan that remained. In 1956, as a provincial university became Cheng Kung named after a Chinese military chief who drove the Taiwanese Netherlands East India Corporation and established the Tungen Empire, Koxinga. As the number of colleges increased it became a provincial university. In 1971, it was turned into a state university and called National Cheng Kung University.

In 2020, ASEAN Youth Organization has an upcoming event namely ASEAN Youth Conference (A.Y.C) 2020 that will be held on 31st Oct – 01st Nov 2020 in National Economics University, Hanoi, Vietnam by the online platform. This conference will be the youth’s contribution to implementing the agenda for peace, stability, solidarity, unity, prosperity, and sustainability in ASEAN also the opportunity to gather with other youths from other countries and learn from the experts.

We have much pleasure in informing you that the 2021 INPEX Scholarship Foundation Program is now open for application. The Scholarship is for Indonesian youths residing in Indonesia, who have graduated from universities in Indonesia and wish to study subjects in the field of natural science, in the Master’s Course of Graduate School of universities in Japan.

We would like to accept a maximum of three (3) Indonesian students as our Foundation grantees for the 2021 Scholarship Program. The amount of scholarship award and application procedure is the same as in the last year, as described in the enclosed ” Announcement for Scholarship 2021″ and Application Form which are available on our website.
