Warm greetings from Radboud University in the Netherlands!

Radboud University was established on 17 October 1923 under the name Catholic University Nijmegen. With their own university, Dutch Catholics sought to promote the emancipation of Roman Catholics in the Netherlands, who at that time were strongly underrepresented in public administration, the legal profession, medicine and other sectors. Today, Radboud University continues its commitment to the emancipation of certain groups. The University is the best traditional, general university in the Netherlands. Two programmes have received a Top Programme designation, nine programmes are deemed the best in their field by the Keuzegids.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Radboud Summer School is organized by Radboud University, one of the leading academic centers of excellence in the Netherlands. Last summer over 1000 participants joined us. Both the city of Nijmegen and our university have an open and friendly atmosphere where students and staff feel safe and at home. The academic courses will inspire your students and researchers, enable them to explore new scientific areas, develop their skills and expand their international network. This program offers Universitas Gadjah Mada students 10% discount on the course fee.

ACCOMMODATION LIVING INFORMATION

Living in Amsterdam is a great experience, but finding a room is a challenge. It’s very important to nominate and apply on time. This will increase the chances for your students to find a room via VU Amsterdam. VU Amsterdam has limited housing options and therefore cannot guarantee housing to all incoming exchange students. Visit VU Amsterdam’s website and video for more detailed information.  

 

SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION

VU Amsterdam Summer School 2024, which will take place in July and August. From Human AI, Football Behaviour Management to Leadership with Humour, there is a course for everyone! Bachelor’s and Master’s students, PhD candidates and professionals can choose from 33 courses. Each course takes 1 or 2 weeks and participants can choose to combine courses. Apply by 1 May to join other curious minds on our campus in Amsterdam! Your students (exchange partner universities) receive a discount on the tuition fees.
