Kyungpook National University (경북대학교, abbreviated as KNU or Kyungdae, 경대) is a national university representing Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongbuk Province in South Korea. It is located in the Daegu Metropolitan City, which used to be the capital city of the Gyeongbuk Province, South Korea before being separated from the mother province. (Kyungpook in the university’s name represents an old romanization of the province’s name, now most commonly spelled Gyeongbuk.)

The British Council in Indonesia is inviting UK universities to partner with Indonesia universities to design and deliver projects on improving pre-service training for future teachers working in early childhood education (preschool) and in inclusive education setting. Grant of around £120,000 will be provided to support four collaborative projects between UK and Indonesia universities to improve pre-service teacher training in Indonesia. Period for project implementation is between January 2023 to March 2024.
