The Asian University for Women’s inaugural graduate program, Master of Arts in Education, is a unique hybrid program launched with aspirations to empower women in education, particularly the brightest young female reformists/educational entrepreneurs dedicated to creating an impact through educational development and their leadership in society. Based on Chittagong, Bangladesh, seeks to offer high quality education to young women drawn from diverse national, ethnic, and sosio-economic backgrounds.
We are pleased to inform you that the application for Asian University for Women MA in Education Admission 2026 program is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.
ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0, or equivalent, from a recognized university in any academic dicipline.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Statement of Purpose: Applicants are required to submit a 500-word Statement of Purpose.
- Essay: Applicants must submit a 500-700 word essay on a given prompt.
- Proof of English Proficiency.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Apply directly to Asian University for Women. Kindly refer to Website.
- The deadline is 15 August 2025.
- The FINAL decision is from Asian University for Women.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
