The Asian Cooperative Program (ACP) was established in response to the increasing need for disaster mitigation caused by the frequent occurrence of earthquakes and other natural disasters in Japan, Southeast Asia, and many regions around the world. As global demand for “safety and security” continues to rise, our university has built an international network with partner institutions across Southeast Asia.
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 05 December 2025 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to ACP and you may proceed to the online application no later than 15 December 2025.
- The FINAL decision is from ACP.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
- KUIS will offer scholarships of JPY 50,000 each to ten (10) students this year.
