The Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing Universitas Gadjah Mada is proud to present One Health Summer Course #2, a hybrid short course held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The program explores transdisciplinary One Health approaches to emerging and re-emerging diseases, connecting human, animal, and environmental health perspectives. Participants will learn from UGM and international experts through interactive lectures, panel discussions, and case-based sessions on One Health surveillance, digital innovations, animal and livestock surveillance, and policy and preparedness.
The course also offers real-world field experiences, including visits to forest and integrated environmental surveillance sites, supported by daily guided reflections and debriefings. Students will work in multicultural teams to develop a mini project and receive an e-certificate and academic transcript upon completion.
