Every year, Rheinisch Westfälische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen University as one of Europe’s leading institutions for engineering and science welcomes students from all over the world to take its international programs in Mechanical Engineering and student community enormously. Eligibility
- Undergraduate (S1) students
- Be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL (internet-based) 90, IELTS 5.5, Cambridge Test – Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), or First Certificate in English (FCE) with a B score.
Required Documents*
- University transcript of records (preferably with ECTS conversion)
- Proof of at least 12 months’ work experience
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of intent (1 page)
- Proof of English language proficiency
- Two letters of recommendation
- University degree certificate
- GRE (Graduate Record Examination) – Verbal Reasoning 145 | Quantitative Reasoning 160 | Analytical Writing 3 (for non-EU applicants)
*If your documents were not issued in German or English, you must have a certified translator translate them into either German or English. These copies do not need to be notarized.
