Samara National Research University (Samara University) is one of the leading Russian universities, highly-regarded not only in Russia but abroad. Samara University trains specialists in rocket and space engineering, aviation, radio electronics, metallurgy, the automotive industry, the information-and-communication industry, and other fields.

We are pleased to inform you that Samara University invites Universitas Gadjah Mada students to attend its ONLINE AUTUMN SCHOOLS at the Samara National Research University in Russia. The Online Autumn Schools are intensive study and research courses with a rich cultural program. Unlike other platforms, Samara University presents the programs that provide a total feeling of presence in Russia. For ten days students will be involved in online seminars, workshops, visit laboratories, and industrial plants. Moreover, a rich cultural program will provide an exceptional opportunity for students to discover Russian traditions.

Eligibility

  1. Vocational School students (SV)
  2. Undergraduate students (S1)
  3. Graduate students (S2/S3)

 

Required Documents

  1. Application Package
  2. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  3. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)

 

Application Procedure

  1. Finish the application to Samara University Online Autumn Schools directly. (Application is possible via this link)
  2. Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form:http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than October 5th, 2020 for internal review.
  3. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Samara University and you may proceed to the online application
  4. THE FINAL decision from Samara University.

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
