This program provides students with an opportunity to obtain two master’s degrees in two majors over a period of three years, one from an AUN member university and the other from Kyoto University. To obtain two master’s degrees in two different two-year master’s programs usually takes four years, but this program enables students to finish it in three years by offering intensive courses and utilizing a credit transfer system. The fields of study provided in this program are “Food and Water Resources” and “Energy and Environment.”

Tamkang University is Scheduled to host the Third Tamkang World Forum for Youth Leader from January 18 Through 23, 2016. The theme of the forum will be “Prospect for the World: Meeting Challenges with Vision”. International Student Recruitment National Central University, Taiwan
National Central University (NCU) was re-established in Taiwan in 1962 as part of the country´s response to the International Geophysical Year. The school was initially located in Miaoli, but was relocated to Jhongli in 1968, and gradually developed into a comprehensive university. NCU has now become Taiwan´s leading school in the fields of geophysics and space science, and was selected as one of the major research-oriented universities in 2001. A 15 week program offered in both Fall and Spring semester. Students will take courses offered in Japanese by 12 different departments. Students can learn subjects of their interest and also experience actual Japanese university classes with other SWU students.

Tokyo Tech YSEP (Young Scientist Exchange Program)
YSEP will accept approximately 40 to 50 students in total from Tokyo Tech partner universities which have established a student exchange agreement with our institute. There are 2 types of programs in YSEP: YSEP Focused on Research (YFR, a one-year program) and YSEP for Experiencing Japan (YEJ, a six-month program).
