Greetings from Belgium!

VIVES University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest institutions of its kind in Belgium, welcoming more than 19,500 students across seven campuses in five West Flemish cities: Bruges, Kortrijk, Ostend, Roeselare, and Torhout. Located in the heart of Europe, VIVES offers a wide range of professionally oriented programmes that prepare students for the challenges of today’s globalised and fast-paced world.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for Join Tour ‘n Tasting by Vives Bruges 2026 is now open.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

  • An exciting week, organized for and by our students of Hospitality Management – Specialization Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts, Bachelor of Tourism & Recreation Management and Business & Languages.
  • The main aim of Tour ‘n Tasting is to immerse students in an international environment where they can learn from global lecturers, practice foreign languages, and organize real-life events. The program also encourages networking among students and guests to foster intercultural collaboration. Another key objective is to strengthen and expand international partnerships with schools across Europe and beyond. It also aims to connect participants with stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including companies, non-profits, and start-ups. Overall, Tour ‘n Tasting focuses on building partnerships, exchanging knowledge, and promoting student mobility.
  • Program Date: March 30th – April 03th 2026

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Apply directly to VIVES University of Applied Sciences. Kindly refer to Online Application Form.
  2. The FINAL decision is from VIVES University of Applied Sciences.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • There is no participation fee for guest lecturers, for non-teaching guests we ask a participation fee of €100.00 for the entire program. All guests should cover their own travel and accommodation costs. Participants whose institutions are members of the ERASMUS+ mobility program can apply for an ERASMUS+ grant at their home institutions.
