ASEAN Universities Exhibition and Forum 2025 (AEF 2025) is inviting Universitas Gadjah Mada students to join ASEAN Student Mobility Programme.
The ASEAN Student Mobility Programme, in conjunction with the ASEAN Universities Exhibition and Forum 2025 (AEF2025) is a hybrid event that gathers students and industry leaders across ASEAN. Designed to foster innovation, leadership, and collaboration, the program aims to address regional challenges and advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through impactful activities and meaningful exchange.

Online activities: 11-17 February 2025
Face-to-face activities: 19-25 February 2025
Place: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Activities
- Young speaker contest
- ASEAN future innovators challenge
- Youth forum
- Familirization visit (FAM) to local universities
Fee: USD 50/participants (free accomodations and meals)
Requires documents
- Official nomination letter
- Resume or Curriculum Vitae
- Personal statement (300 words max)
Application procedure
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 23 January 2025 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to ASEAN Student Mobility Programme
