TransNet software is the first Russian software product that allows designing the entire list of urban planning transformations, both in terms of transportation and
other infrastructure solutions in terms of forecasting the intensity of automobile and passenger flow in transportation networks.
Transnet can create a model of a city, an agglomeration, or even the whole
country. In other words, the object of modelling can be the transport systems of cities and road networks of any size. The product is a fully independent
development of scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences and does not use third-party software products.
TransNet software has been in the transport modelling market for 24 years. During this time, about 500 projects have been realized. TransNet program is included in the agenda of 14 Russian universities.
Thanks to the program, the first transport macro-model of Moscow and the transport network model in a dozen cities were created.
