Warm greetings from Radboud University in the Netherlands,
Due to travel restrictions and the ongoing uncertainty of how the situation will develop during the coming months, Radboud University has had to make the difficult decision to cancel all physical study exchanges with partner institutions to/from your country, for our 1st semester 2021/22 (September intake). Radboud University is truly sorry about this decision and regret any inconvenience this may cause.
The applications of all UGM nominated students for the 1st semester of 2021/2022 will be cancelled by Radboud University. Housing and visa arrangements have not yet been made by the university’s office, so there will be no consequences regarding these matters.
Radboud University will inform all students directly about this. Should you wish to defer your study exchange at Radboud University to the 2nd semester of 2021/2022, please inform OIA UGM and we will send Radboud University an email with the students’ names who wish to defer.
In case a virtual exchange is possible at the faculty UGM students are registered at, the International Office of this faculty will inform the students about this, including the application deadline. Radboud University kindly requests UGM students to wait for the information from their faculty International Office regarding this topic as they are still in the midst of checking the virtual options while the university is scheduled to reopen in September for local students.
