  • 3rd to 4th-semester graduate students (S2)
  • UGM Teaching Staffs/Lecturers
  • UGM Staffs
  • Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program (for students only)

  2. Copy of the last degree obtained
  3. Curriculum Vitae
  4. Motivation Letter
  5. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  6. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  7. Official Academic Transcript
  8. Colored Copy of Passport
  9. English language proficiency certificate
  10. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)

For Teaching Staffs

  1. Mobility Agreement (download)
  2. Motivation Letter
  3. Invitation/(Pre-)Acceptance letter by receiving office/unit/faculty in the University of Groningen
  4. English language proficiency certificate
  5. Curriculum Vitae
  6. Colored Copy of Passport
  7. Letter of Nomination/Recommendation from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)

For Training Staffs

  1. Mobility Agreement (download)
  2. Motivation Letter
  3. Invitation/(Pre-)Acceptance letter by receiving office/unit/faculty in the University of Groningen
  4. English language proficiency certificate
  5. Curriculum Vitae
  6. Colored Copy of Passport
  7. Letter of Nomination/Recommendation from Faculty/Unit (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)

Application Procedure

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-13) for internal review.
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application.
  3. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will send your official nomination to the University of Groningen and you may proceed to the online application for host-university selection.
  4. The FINAL decision from the University of Groningen.
Please send all documents above in 1 hard copy to the Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur Block F-13) and 1 softcopy *(Combined in 1 PDF Format) to email: scholarship@ugm.ac.id no later than March 20th, 2020.
