Monash University was established in Melbourne, Australia in 1958. The University is the second oldest university in the state of Victoria in Australia. It is also the largest university in Australia. It was named after the engineer, military leader and public administrator Sir John Monash. In Monash University, students can choose from more than 6,000 courses across 10 faculties: art, design and architecture, arts, business and economics, education, engineering, information technology, law, medicine, nursing and health sciences, pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences and science.
We are pleased to inform you that the Application for Monash University Student Exchange Program for Fall 2020 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.
Eligibility
- 3rd to 6th-semester undergraduate students (S1)
- 3rd to 4th-semester graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
Required Documents
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter
- Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- English Language Proficiency (Min. Score of TOEFL – ITP=550, iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5)
- Official Academic Transcript
- Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
- Colored Copy of Passport
- Letter of Recommendation from Academic Advisor
Application Procedure
- Submit the aforementioned documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-13) for internal review.
- OIA UGM will evaluate your application.
- Once you are selected as Nominated Student, OIA will send your official nomination to Monash University for host-university selection.
- The FINAL decision from Monash University.
Please send all documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-13) in 1 softcopy (Combined in 1 pdf format) by email to scholarship@ugm.ac.id and 1 original hard file of letter of enrollment, letter of nomination and confirmation letter of participation no later than February 28th, 2020.
