Pursuant to the 1^st ASEAN Student Affairs Meeting at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand  on 29-31 October 2015, the Meeting agreed that the 16^th AUN and 5^th ASEAN+3 Educational Forum and Young Speakers’ Contest will be hosted by Mahidol University. The Forum will be convened at Mahidol University on 7-10 November 2016 under the theme “Sustainable Development through Community Engagement”.

The United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia is pleased to invite applications for its 2017-2018 Faculty Scholarship Program.

The ASEAN Universities Network (AUN) in collaboration with Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, and the University of the Philippines Diliman, will be having its 5^th ASEAN Student Leaders Forum (ASLF) from 23 to 26 October 2016, with the theme “ASEAN, Our Home: Youth Engagement towards a Shared Future.” The ASEAN Student Leaders Forum (ASLF) is an annual conference that brings together university student leaders to discuss on student affairs and collaborative projects among student leaders and AUN-SAN Meeting will be a platform for Vice Presidents of Student Affairs from 30 AUN Member Universities to discuss their support for student affairs related issues and activities proposed at ASLF. For this year’s theme, ASLF is pushing forward “ASEAN, Our Home” in which each member country finds its place and purpose in contributing to one big network towards social change and development.

Tokyo Tech will host two exciting Japanese Government Scholarship programs for the 2016-2017 academic year for those students who are planning on earning their degrees at Tokyo Tech. They are International Graduate Program (A) and MEXT Scholarship Research Student. The Research Student Program is a non-degree program, while the International Graduate Program (A) is a degree program for master’s and doctoral students.
