Kementerian Kesehatan RI telah menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dengan Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China terkait Establishment of Indonesia – China Joint Research and Development Center on Vaccine and Genomic pada tanggal 26 Juli 2022. MoU ini kemudian diturunkan dalam bentuk Joint Action Plan (JAP) dengan salah satu lingkup aktivitas peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) khususnya di bidang vaksin dan genomik. Dalam rangka implementasi JAP tersebut, Tsinghua University menawarkan program peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam bentuk studi lanjut S2/S3, postdoc, dan visiting scholars.
