Kansai University is now recruiting exchange students for Spring semester 2019 (April admission).

Eligibility

1. Minimum second year (2 semesters) student in partner university.
2. Nominated by home university.
3. Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0;
4. English proficiency level of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 (or its equivalent)

Required Documents

• Curriculum Vitae
• Letter(s) of recommendation
• Motivation Letter
• Official academic transcript (Minimum CGPA 2.5 of 4) (legalized)
• Colored copy of passport
• Passport-size photo (4 pieces, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background color, taken within the past three months)
• English language proficiency  (Min. Score of TOEFL – 550 or IELTS 6.0)
• Certified copies of all relevant academic qualifications.
• Letter of Nomination from faculty (*addressed to Head of Office of International Affairs)

Application Process

1. Submit the aforementioned documents to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-13) for internal review.
2. OIA staffs will evaluate your application.
3. Once you are selected as Nominated Student, OIA will send your application to Universiti Brunei Darussalam as host university selection.
4. FINAL decision from Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

Please send all documents above in hardcopy (2 COPIES) to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur Block F-12) and  softcopy (compiled in 1 PDF file) to scholarship@ugm.ac.id no later than October 8, 2018.

Sciences Po’s exchange programme welcomes more than 1,500 students each year from 410 partner universities around the world. At Bachelor’s level, exchange students can choose from Sciences Po’s seven campuses: Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers and Reims. Exchange students at Master’s or PhD level study on the Paris campus.

INPEX Scholarship Foundation was established as non profit organization in Japan in March 1981 with a donation by the Indonesian Petroleum Ltd. (now INPEX CORPORATION) in commemoration of the 15th Anniversary in order to promote mutual understanding friendship and goodwill trough an exchange of students by means of scholarship awards.
