[Malaysia] Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman – UTAR Global Youth Summer Programme 2026

Greetings from Malaysia!

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) invites Universitas Gadjah Mada students to join the UTAR Global Youth Summer Programme 2026 at the Kampar Campus. This dynamic one-week program combines AI-related workshops, community service, and cultural exchanges, including educational visits to Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

 

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Dates: 27 July – 2 August 2026
  • Location: UTAR Kampar Campus, Malaysia (with trips to Penang and Kuala Lumpur).
  • Activities: AI-related workshops, project presentations, youth forum sessions, and community service programs.

 

ELIGIBILITY & FEES

  • Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
  • Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Be proficient in English
  • Funding: This is a self-funded mobility program. As an MoU partner, UGM receives exclusive tiered discounts based on our final delegation size:
    • 5 – 14 Students: USD 880 per student
    • 15+ Students: USD 600 per student

      The program fee typically covers local accommodation, scheduled meals, and local transport. Students are responsible for round-trip flights to Malaysia and personal expenses.
