Greetings from France!

We are pleased to inform you that the application for UniLaSalle 2026 Summer Programs is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 


1. Food as Medicine 

This new and improved version delves deeper into the fascinating world of cuisine and its impact on the dietary needs of adults with chronic conditions. Plus, it incorporates exciting new modules. And, as always, the experiential learning approach is here to stay. This is a defining feature of UniLaSalle’s science curriculum and has been a significant factor in the program’s success over the past 12 years.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
    -2nd year and higher in related fields
    -Food sciences, nutrition, health sciences, dietetics, gastronomy
    -Prerequisites: microbiology, biochemistry
  2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  4. Be proficient in English and/or France

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Official Academic Transcript
  2. English Language Proficiency 
  3. France Language Proficiency (if applicable)
  4. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  5. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  6. Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
  7. Curriculum Vitae
  8. Motivation Letter
  9. Colored Copy of Passport
  10. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download) 
  11. Passport Size Photo 
  12. Application Form (download)
  13. Learning Agreement (download)
  14. Proof of international Health Insurance coverage
  15. Proof of Liability Insurance coverage

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 09 February 2026 for internal review.
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to UniLaSalle  and you may proceed to the online application no later than 03 March 2026.
  3. The FINAL decision is from UniLaSalle.

 


2. Geological Field School 

Presents an incredible opportunity for international students to dive into geology fieldwork right in the heart of France. Students work alongside esteemed faculty members and passionate graduate students in the geology department! This peer teaching approach is not just a learning method; it is a chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience and truly apply knowledge in a real-world setting. This unique experience could shape your students’ future in geology!

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
