We are proud to announce that Universitas Gadjah Mada has been invited as an official Academic Fellowship Partner for the Global Talents Program & Impulse Summit in St. Gallen, Switzerland. This prestigious five-day program empowers the next generation of leaders by connecting them directly with decision-makers in the global sports industry.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Duration: Five days of immersive workshops, social events, and active participation in the Impulse Summit.
  • Networking: Gain insights into the sports industry through intimate 1-on-1 talks and networking sessions with 200 C-level executives.
  • Exclusive Opportunity: Selected students possess the possibility to be chosen as panelists during the Impulse Summit alongside high-profile global speakers.

 

ELIGIBILITY & FEES

  • Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
  • Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Be proficient in English
  • Program Fee: CHF 500 per student. This fee covers participation, food and beverage during official events, and basic accommodation (staying in local student flats).
  • Accommodation Upgrade (Optional): Students may choose to upgrade to a hotel or Airbnb for an additional CHF 500.
  • ⚠️ FINANCIAL NOTICE: This is a self-funded opportunity. Travel expenses (including round-trip flights to Switzerland and visas) are excluded and must be covered by the student.

  1. Official Academic Transcript
  2. English Language Proficiency 
  3. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  4. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  5. Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
  6. Curriculum Vitae
  7. Motivation Letter
  8. Colored Copy of Passport
  9. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download) 
  10. Passport Size Photo 
  11. Other document required from the university

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: ugm.id/ImpulseSummit2026 no later than 30 April 2026 for internal review.
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Impulse Network
  3. The FINAL decision is from Impulse Network

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
