Samara National Research University (Samara University) is one of the leading Russian universities, highly-regarded not only in Russia but abroad. Samara University trains specialists in rocket and space engineering, aviation, radio electronics, metallurgy, the automotive industry, the information-and-communication industry, and other fields.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Winter International University School 2025, Samara University Program is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Unite traveling and studying in Russia with International Schools INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS
EDUCATION 50%: Studies, ECTS certificate, Visiting labs and scientific centers
TRAVEL 50%: Excursions and sightseeing, Learning Russian culture, Guidance during the program, Entertainment

Samara University offers 2 formats of international schools: online and on-campus. Upon successful completion of the school participants get ECTS certificates. You can find more information on our programs in a brochure and on the website.

There are four main disciplines offered, available in both On-campus and Online formats:

A. Russian Language and Culture

• Focus: Learning the Russian alphabet, basic/professional vocabulary, and cultural immersion with native speakers
• Fee: 98,500 RUB (On-campus) / 26,000 RUB (Online).

B. High Technology Management

• Focus: Project management, Design Thinking, risk analysis, marketing, and agile methodology.
  
• Fee: 98,500 RUB (On-campus) / 26,000 RUB (Online).

C. 3D Printing Technologies and Design Thinking

• Focus: 3D modeling, additive manufacturing processes, and cost analysis for industrial applications.
  
• Fee: 107,500 RUB (On-campus) / 26,000 RUB (Online).

D. Production and Testing of Aircraft Engines

• Focus: Design, calculation, and production of gas turbine engines, including visits to the research center and university airfield.
  
• Fee: 107,500 RUB (On-campus only).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the project.
• Participants are determined based on the results of a competitive selection.
• In-person participation is mandatory; if you cannot attend all dates, you should not submit an application.
• This is not a tourist trip. Participants must be prepared for an intensive study program.
