- Approximately 10 places available for undergraduate students from colleges and universities across Asia.
- Comprehensive financial support, including a round-trip flight, accommodation, and a scholarship.
- Hands-on laboratory experience to develop research skills and knowledge.
- Opportunities to network with fellow students and professionals as well as gain valuable insight into graduate student life.
- Additional activities, such as workshops, cultural events, and a two-day Asia Symposium.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Apply directly to Kyoto University (kindly refer to the Application Guidelines)
- The Deadline is 3:00 PM (JST, UTC+9) on February 1, 2025
- The FINAL decision is from Kyoto University

- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id
