Energy Academy is an international educational project arranged by Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University’s Institute of Energy, recognized in Russia as the one leading the country’s hydro-aerodynamics field. This year’s program offers Energy Courses, ranging from Nuclear Engineering to Renewable Energy, during its Summer and Winter Session in both blended and remote modes.

Winter Academy Overview

  • Dates: January 13th – January 24th
  • Registration Deadline: December 25
  • Certification: 4 ECTS Credits

The Winter Academy includes an intensive academic course with the following modules:

  3. Electrical Engineering
  4. Petroleum and Gas Engineering
  5. Digitalization in the Energy Industry
  6. Sustainable Energy Technology
  7. Hydrogen Energy

 

Participation Options

  • On Campus (Blended Academy)
    • Experience a combination of on-campus life and rigorous academics in Saint Petersburg.
    • Tuition Fee: 47,000 RUB
  • Remote Learning
    • Study remotely through live sessions, allowing flexibility to join from anywhere in the world.
    • Tuition Fee: 32,000 RUB

 

Energy Forum

During the Winter Academy, the Energy Forum will be held to encourage dialogue and collaboration on pressing energy challenges.

  • Format: Hybrid (in-person and virtual participation)
  • Audience: Open to experts, students, and energy enthusiasts worldwide
  • Forum Fee: 5,000 RUB

The forum is structured to foster meaningful exchange across diverse fields of energy engineering and technology, maximizing engagement and inclusivity.
