Greetings from Harvard and Sophia !

The Harvard University will host a seminar, “Challenges of Ending Wars in the Age of Division: The War in Ukraine and Peacebuilding in Africa” 

The event will be co-hosted by Sophia Institute of International Relations, as well as the Ukraine Research Institute at Harvard University, Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations, and Center for African Studies at Harvard University.

DATE : 6 December 2023

TIME : 10:30 am – 12:30 pm (in NY time in the US.)

Prof. Daisaku Higash, professor in Center for Global Education at Sophia University in Tokyo and Prof. Serhii Plokhii, Director of Ukraine Research Institutes at Harvard University will deliver lectures. The seminar will be conducted in person and online.
