Greetings from The University of Hong Kong!

The Health Professions Education (HPE) specialism delivered by both the Faculty of Education and the Bau Institute of Medical & Health Sciences Education (BIMHSE) of the LKS Faculty of Medicine aims to advance the field of HPE in Hong Kong and internationally.

The Master of Education (MEd) is an academic degree for education professionals who are looking for opportunities to extend their professional knowledge in education. It aims to provide students with a general understanding of education as a field of study and focused mastery of an area of specialisation, and to equip them with knowledge and skills to understand educational research.

Graduates will have the capacity to develop and evaluate educational quality in healthcare organisations. The MEd (HPE) will also provide a recognised platform from which graduates could pursue research at doctoral levels (EdD or PhD).

We are happy to announce that HKU Master of Education (MEd) – Health Professions Education Specialism is now accepting applications for UNiversitas Gadjah Mada Students.

For more details about the MEd(HPE), please visit https://web.edu.hku.hk/programme/med/fields-of-studies.
