Kasetsart University, commonly known and referred to as Kaset or KU, is a public research university in Bangkok, Thailand. It was Thailand’s first agricultural university and Thailand’s third oldest university. It was established on 2 February 1943 to promote subjects related to agricultural science. Since then, Kasetsart University has expanded its subject areas to cover life sciences, science, engineering, social sciences, and humanities. Kasetsart University’s main campus is in Bangkhen, northern Bangkok, with several other campuses throughout Thailand. It is one of the largest universities in Thailand

Eligibility
- 3rd-7th undergraduate students (S1)
- 2nd-4th graduate students (S2)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- This program is limited for 1 person
Required Documents
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter
- Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- Study Plan
- Official Academic Transcript
- Colored Copy of Passport
- English language proficiency (Min. Score of TOEFL – ITP=550, iBT 79 or IELTS 6.0)
- Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
Application Procedure
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form:http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication Before 10th May 2021 for odd semester and 1st October 2021 for even semester for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application.
- Once you are selected as Nominated Student, OIA will send your official nomination to the Kasetsart University and you may proceed to the online application for host-university selection.
- The FINAL decision from the Kasetsart University
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
- Application of outgoing mobility for spring/even semester in AY 2020/2021 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and government’s regulation.
