ELIGIBILITY
- Age: 21–40 years old
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with a cumulative GPA of at least 7.0/10 or equivalent
- English Proficiency: CEFR B2 / Level 4 or above (IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL iBT 46–93, or equivalent), or proof of completing a Bachelor’s degree taught in English

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology vmcs.ptit.edu.vn no later than 17:00, 15 August 2026.
- The FINAL decision is from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Vietnam.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
