We are pleased to inform you that the Goethe University Digital summer program for 2021 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students

 

Eligibility

  1. Undergraduate (S1) or Graduate (S2) students
  2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  3. Be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL ITP 550, TOEFL iBT 79, or IELTS 6.5.

  2. Motivation Letter
  3. Official Academic Transcript record
  4. Abstract
  5. A recommendation letter from an academic supervisor
  6. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  7. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  8. English Language Proficiency Certificate
  9. All the document listed as required on the given attachment above
  10. Copy of passport photo identification page
  11. Passport picture
  12. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)

Application Procedure

  1. You can register yourself directly to Goethe University Frankfurt through their official website here http://summerschool.uni-frankfurt.de/  following the registration available on the given attachment above. If you need a recommendation from OIA, you may fill out this form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than April 30th, 2021.
  2. The FINAL decision from the Goethe University Frankfurt

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id).
