Preparing for Spring Semester 2017, Kyusu University opens for student nomination for Japan in Today’s World (JTW) program and ‘Undergraduate/Graduate Exchange‘ program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :

• Completed application form  >>>  Application-form-latest-pdf  or  Application-form-latest-excel
• Original Academic Transcript (in English)
• Letter of Recommendation (No.1) : from instructor or academic advisor at the current institution
• Letter of Recommendation (No.2) : from instructor, other than a languange teacher, at the current institution
• Certificate of Diploma (*if you are applying as graduate student)
• English language proficiency  (Min. Score of TOEFL – ITP=530, iBT 8.0 or IELTS 6.0)
• Essay  (Motivation Letter of 800-1000 words)
• Independent Study Project proposal (*optional)
• Advance Laboratory Research Project proposal (*optional)
• Certificate of Enrollment from faculty
• A nomination letter from faculty (addressed to Head of Office of International Affairs, UGM)
• Passport-size photographs (3×4 cm, white background color, taken within the past six months)
• Copy of passport

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :

• Completed application form
• Original Academic Transcript (in English)
• Letter of Recommendation : from academic/professional staff member at the current institution
• Certificate of Diploma (*if you are applying as graduate student)
• English language proficiency  (Min. Score of TOEFL – ITP=530, iBT 8.0 or IELTS 6.0) [*if you wish to study in English]
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N3 or CEFR A2/B1) [*if you wish to study in Japanese]
• Essay  (Motivation Letter of 800-1000 words)
• Research / Study Plan
• Certificate of Enrollment from faculty
• A nomination letter from faculty (addressed to Head of Office of International Affairs, UGM)
• Passport-size photographs (3×4 cm, white background color, taken within the past six months)
• Copy of passport
 
 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1) Submit the aforementioned documents to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-13) for internal selection.
2) OIA staffs will evaluate your application and make the applicant ranking.
3) Once you are selected as Nominated Student, you may continue register to Kyusu University as for host university selection.
4) FINAL decision from Kyusu University.
 
 
 
Please send all documents above in 2 COPIES to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur Block F-13) no later than October 25, 2016.
