Tamkang University is Scheduled to host the Third Tamkang World Forum for Youth Leader from January 18 Through 23, 2016. The theme of the forum will be “Prospect for the World: Meeting Challenges with Vision”. The discussions are expected to be on such questions as peace, democracy, governance, economy, ecology, environment, culture,Society, and Globalization.
The forum is designed for both Undergraduate and Master Degree students. It will be held on January 19 and 20. we shall arrange group tours to cultural and scenic sites from January 20 till the morning of January 22.
Each Participants required to tender a 5-page(A4 essay) without notes prior to December 31,2015. A presenter can freely choose any topic fitting the theme of forum. Oral presentations of essays will be scheduled on January 19 and the morning of January 20,2016.
Financial Support:
Tamkang University will look after the local dormitory accommodation, meals and group transportation. Airport pickup and return ride from main campus to the airport will be Tamkang University responsibility as well.
