Established in 1905, Korea University is widely regarded as one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education, and is one of the SKY (universities). The student body consists of over 20,000 undergraduate students and over 10,000 graduate students. The university’s academic breadth is broad with its 81 departments in 19 colleges and divisions, as well as 18 graduate schools.   3. The FINAL decision is from Korea University.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

  • Naresuan University (NU), Thailand, cordially invites international undergraduate students to participate in the 2026 NU Cultural Exchange Program in Thailand (NU CEPT) from 15 – 28 February 2026.  This 14-day program will offer a variety of activities that will introduce participants to various aspects of Thai culture.

  • Thai Language & Culture, Thai Music & Dance, Thai Cooking, Thai Boxing, Applied Thai Traditional Therapy, Dress Like Thais, Making Traditional Key Holders, Hanging Decoration & Bag Patternings, Internationalization at Home, Activities with NU Students, Cultural Visits and Excursions.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • A bachelor’s degree student
  • Enrolled as a full-time student at his/her home university during the exchange period

ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

  • The Japanese Language Education Center will offer a 2-week short-term Japanese language program in February 2026. This program includes not only Japanese language study, but also project work, exchange activities with Meiji University students, exchange with degree seeking international students currently studyling at Meiji University and Japanese cultural experiences, which will satisfy your learning needs. ​
  • Date: February 2 (Mon) – February 13 (Fri), 2026 [2 weeks]
  • Program fee :  90,000 (JPY)
     Included       : Tuition, textbooks, bus tour, field trip fees.
     Not included : Accommodation, travel expenses, Meals and other daily expenses.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Undergraduate or graduate-level students of overseas universities
    ※
    Priority is given to students from Meiji University’s partner institutions.
    ※Students who have participated in the past program are not eligible to apply.
    ※Students must be enrolled at the university from the time of application until the end of the program.

 

SCHOLARSHIP

  • The Short-term Japanese Language Program is covered by the JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization) Overseas Study Support Program (Inbound). Students from Meiji University’s partner institutions who meet the requirements set by JASSO may receive a scholarship (80,000 yen) upon completion of the program.
  • Scholarship information will be emailed to eligible students at the time of the online test information.Official transcripts (with seal (signature) from the university, in Japanese or English only) are required to apply for the scholarship. Please prepare ahead of time if you wish to apply for the said scholarship.
    *Note : Scholarship screening will be conducted. Not all applicants will be selected for the scholarship.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Program Dates: February 8–21, 2026
  • Korean Studies Lectures (in English):
    Topics include K-Pop, K-Dramas & Movies, Korean Cafés, Food & Drink Culture, UNESCO Heritage Sites, and more.
  • Korean Language Classes:
    Intensive, level-based courses from beginner to advanced.
  • Cultural Activities:
    – Field trip
    – Welcome & farewell parties
    – “Design Your Own Seoul” project
    – Interaction with Korean Peer Advocates (PAs)

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Students enrolled at universities abroad as undergraduate or graduate students for the duration of the program. Applicants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Apply directly to University of Soul. Kindly refer to the application website.
  2. The deadline is 30 November 2025.
  3. The FINAL decision is from University of Soul.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)

We are pleased to inform you that the application for Hanyang University ERICA Exhange Spring 2026 Program is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
  2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  4. Be proficient in English and/or Korean

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Official Academic Transcript
  2. Language Proficiency Form (download)
  3. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  4. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  5. Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
  6. Curriculum Vitae
  7. Motivation Letter
  8. Colored Copy of Passport
  9. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download) 
  10. Passport Size Photo
  11. Financial Affidavit (download)
  12. Health Insurance Certificate

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 10 October 2025 for internal review.
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Hanyang University ERICA and you may proceed to the online application no later than 31 October 2025.
  3. The FINAL decision is from Hanyang University ERICA.
