PROCEDURE
Students’ procedures
1. Complete the online application. (This is done after you are officially nominated by OIA)
※The following data need to be uploaded on the web application system. Please prepare the following data beforehand. The file format is only accepted PDF, JPEG and PNG.
- ID photo
- Passport photo
- Kansai University Certificate of Health
- Exchange Program Recommendation form *Please issue the recommendation form from the home university
- Exchange Program Covenants Application form *Student’s signature required.
- Exchange Program Research Plan *Only applicants who wish to study at graduate level at Kansai University
**Regarding accepting students at graduate level, please note that we may not be able to accept your students at Kansai University in case the professor judges the research content was mismatched. If this is the case, please understand that we will accept your student at undergraduate level at our university

2. Prepare the following documents:
- Exchange Program Covenants Application form (received after completing the online form (above))
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter
- Letter of Enrollment from faculty
- Letter of Recommendation from academic advisor
- Letter of Nomination from faculty (*addressed to Head of Office of International Affairs)
- Official academic transcript
- Language proficiency (GTEC 260,TOEFL ITP 505, TOEFL iBT 60, TOEIC 580 , or CEFR B1)
Application Procedure
- Submit the aforementioned documents to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur F-12) for internal review.
- OIA staffs will evaluate your application.
- Once you are selected as Nominated Student, you may continue online application.
- FINAL decision from Kansai University.
Please send all documents above in hardcopy (2 COPIES) to Office of International Affairs, UGM (Bulaksumur Block F-12) and softcopy (compiled in 1 PDF file) to scholarship@ugm.ac.id no later than April 8, 2019
