We are pleased to inform you that the application for UniLaSalle Summer Programs 2026 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 

Geological Field School | Link: 2026 Geology Field School

1. Nomination deadline: January 16, 2026
2. Student application deadline: February 06, 2026
3. Program Dates: May 11, 2025 – May 29, 2026
4. Program fees: 1500 € for partner institutions
5. Credits: 6 US Credits (12 ECTS)

 

Food as Medicine | Link: 2026 Food as Medicine

1. 1. Nomination deadline : February 13, 2026
   2. Student application deadline : March 02, 2026.
   3. Program dates: June 09, 2026 – July 10, 2026
   4. Program fees: 2550,00€ for partner institutions
   5. Credits: 6 US credits – 12 ECTS

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Apply directly to UniLaSalle. 
2. The deadline is 6 February 2026 for Geology Field School and 2 March 2026 for Food as Medicine.
3. The FINAL decision is from UniLaSalle

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
• In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
