We are pleased to inform you that the application for NTU INSPIRASI Summer Programme 2025 ini collaboration with UGM, UI, ITB and ITS is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.
– Registration Fee
– Provide SGD 300 cash to cover airfare
– On-campus Housing Fee
– Student Activities and Site Visits Expenses
– Miscellaneous Fee (Including General Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance etc.)
– Some meals will be provided
ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program.
- Student within STEM field:
all engineering programs (e.g. aerospace, bio, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, electronic, environmental, materials, mechanical, robotics)
the following science programs:
physics
mathematics
chemistry
biological science
computer science (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence)
biochemistry
biophysics
environmental science - Undergraduate students (S1) (minimum 2nd year) /completed at least two (2) semesters of study at home university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- Official Academic Transcript
- English Language Proficiency
- Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter
- Colored Scanned Copy of Passport
- Passport Size Photo
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM NTU INSPIRASI Application Form no later than 9 April 2025 for internal review. This registration link is only open for UGM Students!
- OIA will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Nanyang Technological University by 15 April 2025 and then students must proceed their application to NTU by 25 April 2025.
- The FINAL decision is from the committee.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id
