We are pleased to inform you that the application for Nanyang Technological University GEM Trailblazer Exchange AY 25/26 Semester 1 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
NTU will charge non-refundable fee of approximately S$390 (Undergraduate) or S$440 (Postgraduate), inclusive of GST, payable by all exchange applicants after accepting the Offer and upon arrival at NTU. This fee combines the prevailing miscellaneous and administrative fees and contributes to the costs associated with providing student insurance, programmes and amenities, IT services, academic-related resources, administrative and onboarding support, as well as social activities for inbound students during their period of immersion at NTU. Miscellaneous fees for the second semester will also apply for students nominated for full year exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 10 Maret 2025 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to NTU and you may proceed to the online application no later than 30 March 2025.
- The FINAL decision is from NTU.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
