We are pleased to inform you that the application for University of Birmingham International Summer School 2025 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 

PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Birmingham International Summer School 2025 re-launch edition has been designed particularly with partners’ students in mind. It offers four exciting academic topics during the day, and a cultural and social programme in the evening and weekends.

The summer 2025 BISS edition will welcome a varied cohort of students from around the world and will be limited to 100 students. Students can be sure to make friends from around the world while supporting their academic studies. 

Students from current exchange partners attend with a tuition-fee waiver.

In January and February 2025, students and partners can also join our weekly Zoom sessions starting from 20 January 2025, until the end of February 2025.  Register to join this information session here.

  1. Contact the University of Birmingham to express your interest in our 2025 Programme and/or information on the Discount and Scholarships through this link.
  2. The FINAL decision is from University of Birmingham

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id
