[Spain] CONSORCIO TRANSFRONTEU Erasmus+ Studies Incoming Exchange Spring 2025 at University of Cádiz (UCA) & University of Malaga (UM)

The Transfronteu Consortium of which the University of Cadiz is part together with the University of Huelva and the University of Malaga have launched the Call KA171-SMS-IN-24-25 for Incoming Student Mobility for Study Purposes for the second semester (February-September 2025).

The Erasmus+ KA171 SMS IN (Incoming Student Mobility for Study Purposes) programme offers students from partner universities in non-associated third countries (Universitas Gadjah Mada) the possibility to carry out a study stay at the University of Cadiz and the University of Malaga during the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, with the possibility of acquiring an intercultural experience abroad, becoming familiar with other higher education systems and meeting young people from other countries, thus contributing to the process of international integration.

Beneficiary students will be exempted from tuition fees and will be able to use UCA facilities at no additional cost (excluding services whose fees are also applicable to UCA students). In addition to the above, students will receive a grant financed with Erasmus+ funds for travel and subsistence (see point IV DURATION AND FINANCIAL AID).

Who can apply? The calls are open to Bachelor, Master and Doctorate students enrolled in a program at Universitas Gadjah Mada but preferably Master and Doctorate to do research.

  6. English Language Proficiency Test Results (Min. Level B1 as required by host univ)

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1) Submit the aforementioned documents above compiled in 1 PDF format no later than

  • University of Cadiz application deadline: 25 October 2024
  • University of Malaga application deadline: 12 November 2024

to the Office of International Affairs, through UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication for internal selection.
2) OIA and the selection team will evaluate your application.
3) Once you are selected as Nominated Student, you may continue to fill Online Application Form to online system to proceed for host university selection.
4) FINAL decision from host university.
