Courses NOT available for Exchange Students:
- Practical courses such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Dental Sciences are not open to exchange students.
- Courses offered by Kyushu University Business School (QBS) are open only to exchange students who are enrolled in QBS.

Eligibility
- 3rd to 6th-semester undergraduate students (S1)
- 3rd to 4th-semester graduate students (S2/S3)
- Applicants must have studied at least 1 year in the degree program of home university
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Required a Japanese language proficiency of Level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or the equivalent level. JLPT N2 would still be acceptable. (For courses taught in Japanese)
- Be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, Cambridge English: First (FCE) Grade B, CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages): average grade of B2, DAAD Scholarships: Qualified Applicant (B2 or equivalent) *TOEIC or EF-SET(https://www.efset.org/) Certificate is unacceptable.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Application Procedure
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than September 30th, 2021.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Kyushu University and you may proceed to the online application
- The FINAL decision from Kyushu University
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id).
- Application of outgoing mobility in AY 2021/2022 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and government’s regulation.
