[Japan] With The World Virtual Exchange Programs (April–May 2026)

Greetings from Japan!

With The World Inc., a Japan-based organization partnering with over 500 schools across 67 countries, invites Universitas Gadjah Mada students to participate in their free online international exchange programs. This initiative provides a platform for global friendships and cross-cultural discussions via Zoom.

We are pleased to inform you that registration for the With The World Virtual Exchange Programs (April–May 2026) is now open for UGM students.

PROGRAM SESSIONS & REGISTRATION
Students are welcome to join one or both of the following one-hour sessions:

1. The Power of Kindness (Open Discussion)

• Date & Time: 20 April 2026 | 13:00 – 14:00 WIB (Jakarta Time)
• Topics: Expressions of kindness across cultures, combating cyberbullying, and promoting kindness.

2. Seasonal Changes in Plants and Animals

• Date & Time: 8 May 2026 | 13:00 – 14:00 WIB (Jakarta Time)
• Topics: Animal adaptation (migration, hibernation) and the impact of climate change on seasonal patterns.

ELIGIBILITY & FEES

• Active UGM undergraduate and graduate students.
• Funding: 100% Free (No participation fees).

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Students must apply directly to the organizers using the respective Google Form links provided above.
2. Students are encouraged to register immediately before the session dates.
3. The FINAL decision and Zoom link distribution are managed by With The World Inc.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
• In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
