[Call for Applications] ADB-ROK Scholarship Program 2026

Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is pleased to announce that the application for the new year’s batch of the ADB-ROK Scholarship Program is now open. Sponsored by the Government of the Republic of Korea, this program supports graduates and faculty members from ADB partner universities to pursue postgraduate studies in the Republic of Korea.

The ADB–ROK Scholarship supports graduates and faculty members from ADB partner universities to pursue postgraduate studies in the Republic of Korea, sponsored by the Government of the Republic of Korea. The scholarship package includes:

  • Full tuition fees for the degree program (2 years for Master’s / 3 years for Doctoral programs)
  • One year of Korean language training
  • Monthly living allowance
  • One round-trip airfare
  • Medical insurance

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR UGM RECOMMENDATION LETTER

In order to request for the recommendation letter from UGM, kindly submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication 3 weeks before the deadline at the host university for internal review.

  • English Language Proficiency
  • Chinese Language Proficiency (if applicable)
  • Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  • Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Motivation Letter
  • Colored Copy of Passport
